This two-day environmental law conference intended for litigators, law reformers and policy experts from across Canada will be held in Vancouver on Feb 3-4, 2011. Co-hosted by the ELC, West Coast Environmental Law and Ecojustice, conference topics include environmental rights, Aboriginal rights and environmental protection, climate change and the need for law reform, access to justice, environmental tribunals and a Judges Forum: View from the Bench.
